Dr. Emily has compiled some of her favorite meals that she and her family enjoy on these cold, wet days! We’ve been lucky with some mild winter weather here in Tulsa so far, but it’s been a bit colder and rainy lately.
- 12-Minute Chicken and Broccoli
- One-Pot Paprika Chicken Thighs
- Italian “Drunken” Noodles
- Meat
- I really wish I could go more plant-based, but I (and my whole family) just love meat. Here are some of my favorite meat and fish recipes.
- Best Grilled Shrimp Ever
- Seriously. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/21694/marinated-grilled-shrimp/
- Pork Tenderloin with Pan Sauce
- Sweets
- This is a girl after my own heart. Most of the food she makes (at least of the recipes I have tried) isn’t pretty, but it sure does taste good and that’s the important part! (Oh and it’s healthy too!)
